1. Cancellation Notice

  • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

If a client does not cancel within 24 hours or fails to show up, a fee will apply:

  • Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): Charged 50% of the scheduled service price

  • No-Show (no cancellation made): Charged 50% of the scheduled service price This fee may be charged to the card on file or required to be paid before future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are 10+ minutes late, service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

  • Repeated late arrivals may be treated as late cancellations.

4. Prepaid & Deposited Appointments

Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

5. Emergencies We understand emergencies happen.

Cases may be reviewed individually.
